How long does processing and shipping take?
Activation Products ships Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays). They strive to process orders within five business days, but these estimates cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, high order volume or order‑related issues. Once your order is processed and shipped by the courier, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
What are the import fees and taxes?
The courier will require payment of any import fees before releasing your package. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import taxes, customs, duty or quarantine fees. These charges are separate from the shipping fee and are billed directly by your local customs office. For more details, refer to your local customs office.
Are there any import restrictions?
Activation Products cannot intervene with an international package once it reaches customs. Each country has its own regulations about buying products from other countries. Customers must ensure that buying nutritional supplements from Canada is allowed in their country. If a package is denied entry and returned to sender, that cost will be deducted from the final refund. Packages that are abandoned and disposed of by customs will not be eligible for a refund.
What is the 60‑Day Guarantee?
If you’re not happy with your first order, Activation Products offers a 60‑Day Guarantee. One unit of any product will be refunded without a return. If multiple bottles were included in the order, they need to be returned unopened and in the same condition you received them.
What is the return policy and how do I initiate a return?
Activation Products has a 60‑day return policy, you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. To start a return:
- Make sure you are within the 60‑day window.
- Reply to your order confirmation email indicating which items you wish to return.
- Securely pack the returning items to prevent damage during transit.
- Wait for instructions from the Returns Department on how to proceed.

How do refunds work and how long do they take?
Activation Products will notify you once they’ve received and inspected the return to let you know if the refund is approved. Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. When the refund is processed, please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact them at support.ca@activationproducts.com
What are the terms of Auto‑Delivery subscriptions?
Subscription orders have a minimum 60‑day term. After the first 60 days, Activation Products requires 10 business days’ advance notice to cancel Auto‑Delivery subscriptions. This notice allows the warehouse time to prevent the next order from shipping. Adhering to this policy helps the company offer discounts for Auto‑Delivery. Some conditions may apply; placing a subscription order indicates a legally binding acceptance of these terms. For concerns, contact customer support.
What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item, contact Activation Products immediately. They will evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Any product that has been opened should not be included in your return.
